Shipping was kinda high to me, but overall it still seemed fair

My order did show up in the end, but shipping took longer than I was hoping. I also felt like I kept getting passed around a bit when trying to check on it, which made the wait more frustrating than it needed to be...

I know it’s just packaging and maybe the product is what really matters, but the box arrived all banged up and it didn’t make a great first impression. I don’t think I’m being too picky for expecting it to be packed a little better.

I was just browsing the product pages, but the descriptions felt thin. A few items didn’t really explain the size, materials, or how you’re supposed to use them in sessions. It just made it hard to figure out what to pick, so I ended up giving up.

I expected the site to be straightforward since it has so many therapy products, but it took more effort than I thought to find what I needed. The search results felt a bit all over the place, and I ended up clicking around a lot just to find basic therapy toys.
A few pages were slow to load for me, and the filters didn’t really narrow things down the way I hoped. Checkout was fine once I got there, but overall the website felt older and less smooth than I expected. I’d probably use it again if I had time to browse, but not when I’m trying to order something quickly.

The toys looked really nice at first, but I’m disappointed. The description made them sound a lot sturdier than they actually are, which feels misleading. Two of them cracked after just a week of normal use, so they definitely didn’t hold up the way I expected.

Found a few nice toys. That part was fine. The age ranges threw me off though. Some stuff felt labeled for younger kids than I expected, so I had to check twice before buying. Not a bad experience. Just wish the age suggestions were clearer.

The toys looked totally fine and seemed cute enough, but my child lost interest really quickly. I thought they’d play with them longer, but they were pretty much bored after a short time.

Ordering was easy enough, but dealing with the return was frustrating. I had to email them more than once, and the refund took longer than I thought it would. My sister asked if I’d order from them again, i told her I probably wouldn’t be in a rush. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but the return definitely left a bad impression...

The prices just felt higher than I expected. I’d seen similar therapy toys elsewhere for less, so that stuck with me. Then shipping got added on. At that point, it didn’t really feel worth it anymore. Probably wouldn’t buy again

I was expecting this to feel a bit nicer for the price, but when it showed up, it just kind of felt cheap right away. A few parts seemed flimsy, and I kept thinking maybe it would be fine once I started using it, but then it didn’t really hold up like I hoped.
It’s frustrating because I wanted to like it, and the design seemed decent at first, but the quality just wasn’t there for me. Maybe mine was just not great, I don’t know, but I probably wouldn’t order this same thing again...

I had a good experience ordering from them. They’ve got a nice selection of therapy toys and other helpful stuff, and the ordering process was straightforward. My package showed up in a reasonable amount of time too. One of the items was a little smaller than I was expecting, but nothing major... overall I’m happy with what I got and I’d probably order from them again

I got this hoping it would keep my kid more interested during sensory play, but it was just okay. It works, but it didn’t seem as engaging as I expected and the excitement wore off quickly. Has anyone else had the same issue?

I ordered a couple of therapy toys and games because I figured the price meant they’d be decent quality. I was kind of excited when the box showed up, too, since I’d made tea and planned to sort everything out on the living room floor. But once I opened it, I was disappointed.
A few of the items felt like things I’ve seen for way less on Amazon or even in those random bins near the checkout at a dollar store. Nothing was totally unusable, but it just didn’t feel special or sturdy. The shipping cost also made the total sting a little more, which didn’t help.

For what I paid, I expected better materials and pieces that felt like they’d last longer than a few sessions. Maybe some of their products are better than what I got, but my order left me feeling like I wasted money. I don’t see myself buying from them again.

I was hoping this would have more useful learning content, but a lot of it felt basic. My kid lost interest REALLY fast, and I didn’t feel like we were getting much educational benefit from it.

I mean, it seemed like it might be useful at first, but the kids lost interest fast. So, yeah, it just didn’t end up being as helpful for therapy as I’d hoped.

I’ve been using this in my therapy room, and overall I think it’s useful. I’ll admit I’m a bit picky about materials I keep around for sessions, so some of it felt more helpful to me than other parts. Not everything was super relevant for how I work, but there’s enough good stuff in there that I’m glad I have it

I ordered some therapy toys and had a question about my order, so I reached out to support. It took a few days to hear back, which made me feel a bit overlooked. They did eventually answer my question, so it wasn’t a huge issue in the end, but my personal take is that the experience would’ve felt a lot better with quicker communication.

They have quite a few therapy toys and games to choose from, which was really helpful. I probably spent a little while browsing before deciding, but overall it seems like a good site.
